small room but everything elses is great! very good location

The location of the accommodation was great because it was within 30 minutes to major tourist attractions, and I was worried that it would be cramped, but it was better than I thought when I saw the pictures! I was very satisfied and left...but I left the key ring I bought in Japan here...I was really sad.

location of the hotel is superb! can easily access to the metro ginza line. kyobashi station exit is just right in front of the hotel, super convenient!

great hotel. near everything you want to go to. staff are very accommodating and pleasant. will book here again.

this was our first hotel we stayed at and it was perfect! we were only there for one night but it was so nice we could’ve easily stayed longer! my husband (5ft11 270lbs) and I (5ft 160lbs) easily fit in our double bed. the room size was comparable to a room on a cruise ship which was expected! the staff was great and they assisted us with check in and out.

The transportation is convenient, with Takaramachi Station and Kyobashi Station nearby. It is a convenient 15-minute walk from Tokyo Station. There are washing machines and dryers on the 2F of the hotel.

Easy location for getting around Tokyo. quieter Business district. The hotel had us marked as a smoking room, even though I booked non-smoking on Klook, but the staff was understanding and kind, and fix it for us. Room was bigger than expected but still small, so I’d recommend top opening luggage instead of the ones that open like a book. Hotel provided pajamas, slippers, and various toiletries you can get from the front desk area. The laundry facility for simple to use and very clean; only complaint is you can’t choose the dryer heat or time, so I was worried about some of my more delicate clothing but everything came out just fine. Laundry operates with only coins. The hotel was very quiet and seemed like it had more business men staying there than anything else. Overall great stay and location for my Husband and I.

Nice location, at the center between Tokyo Statiom and Hinza. The Metro entrance is directly in front of hotel main entrance which is the plus point. Room comes with a mini massage chair and personally do not recommend the hotel breakfast.
