very nice location, easy access from metro , brand new hotel, facilities were great and friendly staff.

I booked a twin room because they said the room was small, but the room size was good. The location was really great, needless to say. It was the best location for going to Kyoto or to the airport. I was debating between Namba and Hankyu, but next time I go, I'll go to Umeda^^

I stayed at Hankyu for the last night, and the location was really good~ It was in the center of Umeda shopping, so it was easy to access all the department stores, and the room condition was clean and nice~ The staff was also friendly, and it was a shame that I only stayed for one night~

I stayed for 2 nights this time and the hotel room was smaller than the average hotel size. The hotel lobby is bright and clean, the staff are many, polite and helpful, and the rooms are tidy and well-lit.

The room was very clean and spacious. Hotel staff was very kind. I would like to stay there again if I have a chance.

To the west of Osaka Station, the east side is busier, convenient yet quiet. The restaurant is on the second floor, with beautiful scenery, especially Drinks and snacks are available from morning to night, making it worth not just rushing to Namba for shopping. Accessible by underground passage, suitable for both cold and unstable weather.
