easy to claim from the store. just slightly slow as they need to key in the qr manually. the snack is not too salty but is really addictive. they have more flavours apart from salted egg.

great experience collection. fuss free and easy to collect. just need to show the QR code for staff to redeem.

cheaper to buy Klook vouchers than to pay full amount at the counter. but the staff are slow and like to ignore customers. I was standing there for a full 5 mins before a staff finally looked up and walked over to the counter to take my order. All other staff pretended to be busy folding boxes and chatting while looking down to avoid customers’ gazes.

I recently visited Shake Shack at Gardens by the Bay and had a pleasant experience despite the crowd. The staff were friendly and patience - they efficiently handled my Klook voucher redemption for four sets despite the long Q. The burgers were ok, and we had an ocean of fries 😅 we were too hungry and forgot to take pictures. attached pics are taken from shakeshack.com

Easy to redeem, location is easy to find at Jewel B2, but no burger King,, great deal provided by Klook!

Got this during the flash sales thanks to Irvin and Klook! Redemption is smooth and fast. Will probably get it again
