The trip is quite fruitful. Our guide (Carol) is very good and helpful. Throughout the trip she spoke both English and Mandarin and even offer take pictures for us. Definitely worth the money. Its very convenient, just follow her instructions and recommendations especially where to go and what to eat...

Our guide Aaron was extremely accomodating and obliging guy; he has won over my whole family! They are still talking about him days after the tour...lol. He also brought us to some places out of the itinerary and recommended many great places to view the scenery, take photos, eat and shop. Also he dropped us off and then my parents later and even helped them to bring all their shopping up to the hotel room. Thanks for a great day out, Aaron!

Ben Liao was our tour guide. He was very friendly and professional. Ben arrived on time. We had a disabled person and Ben was very accommodating. It was raining that day but Ben was very patient and careful with his driving. He accompanied us in all the sightseeing and provided excellent and detailed explanations. We went an hour over our booking time due to inclement weather and traffic but Ben didn't complain or charge us extra. Overall, a great experience. A+ service. Highly recommend.

Private tour. Guide and driver arrived punctually at our hotel lobby. It was a whole day tour and Mr Chen was very friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed the day out and highly recommend going with a tour. Exhausted after the day, it was hot, but we were very happy.

Josh was very friendly and helpful throughout our journey to Shifen and Jiufen. He took photos of us, though it was sad he couldn't join us when we were in Jiufen because there were lots of people and finding parking was a bit hard during that time (Sunday). The transport was excellent and comfortable, and he made sure the air conditioning was cool enough because the weather was very hot during that time. Honestly, nothing to complain about except maybe when in the restaurant, you can let us choose a meal that is within our budget because I don't really like the porridge much, but that's only my preference. Josh was kind enough to stop by and let us take pictures of the colourful fishing village when in Keelung, and we really appreciated the effort. Other than that, it was a very pleasing experience, and I would definitely recommend Muslim travellers book this trip.

Absolutely book this tour!! I had never heard of Klook before taking this trip, but I found this tour and it was the first thing I booked after buying my airplane tickets. And it was totally worth it. I booked this tour as I have a deep interest in Japanese Colonial history in Taiwan, which this tour covered but it was so much more. The itinerary was spot on, but what made this tour so great was our tour guide. He was so knowledgeable, and clear in his explanations. He was so happy when we asked questions, and was so excited to see us enjoying the trip. He knew all the secrets of the places we visited, and even knew the "secret" paths around Jiufen Old Street. He really made this tour sometime special, so if you are interested in the itinerary, I would highly recommend booking this tour. 10/10

It was really great to join this tour! For people traveling abroad, it is very reassuring to have a guide in Japanese. He spoke fluent Japanese and had a very nice personality, so we quickly became friends. Jiufen, Shifen, and Yehliu are very difficult to get to for beginners in Taiwan, so it was really helpful that he took us to our destination by car. It was also reassuring to be able to travel with other Japanese people, even though we were carpooling. He took lots of photos at the photo spots and helped me out when I was unsure about what to order, which was really helpful. If you are a Japanese person new to Taiwan and want to go to Jiufen or Shifen, I highly recommend joining this tour if you are unsure.
