i have problem with my booking, yet the staff request me to cancel booking. so stupid

a very good experience staffs are good and friendly. amenities are all fine and the buffet is good and all bufet meals here are free if you bring one kids below 6yo

helpful and friendly staffs, the room is spacious and very clean and well maintained. we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, beach and the kid’s club. will come back again for staycation

The calm seaside outside the hotel, the beach is not too thin but you can walk barefoot for a while, the rooms have been renovated, the space is spacious and there is no smell, it is a hotel where you can relax and have a holiday.

besarkan kids room please..so many toddlers but the room is too small for them

got a nice room with half of the original price. what a steal. the view is amazing.

so much love for this place! upgraded my room with a fee, to get a room with balcony. so worth it! :)

klook rarely disappoints. Price is better than other platforms. one of the best hotels in Penang Island.
