The weather was very foggy, which isn't controllable by the travel agency. Yet, the experience was still very enjoyable because of the guide's efficiency, humour, dedication and good energy. Great buffet, beautiful place. Many activities available and food to try. No regrets!

can't blame klook for the bad weather. the whole ba na hills experience was dampened by rain and extreme cold weather. still manage to visit the golden bridge, took snapshots and left early.

process of arrangement was smooth as there is a dedicated operator who communicated via whatsapp so there is no need to speak with the driver.

We had an enjoyable experience despite the cold weather. The place was bustling with people, which is always a good sign of its popularity. The buffet was absolutely perfect, offering a wide variety of delicious food options. The cable cars were spacious and comfortable.
However, there were a few drawbacks. Only a handful of people spoke English, and no maps were provided, making navigation a bit challenging. With few staff around to ask for directions, finding our way wasn’t as smooth as we had hoped.
Overall, it’s a great spot, but better signage or more English-speaking staff would enhance the experience.
