Everyone was nice and accommodating. We checked in late because of our late arrival and they were flexible to adjust to our arrival time. They had a free shuttle service. The room was comfy and clean.

friendly staff, hotel room is big and clean, interior looks a little dated but it is okay considering the age of the hotel. the airport shuttle was on time and the best part is that the hotel is connected to citygate outlet shopping mall.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. everything is top notch and the ocean corw is amazing ! my kids enjoyed seeing planes taking off the entire time. The only downside is that the shuttle service from tung Chung station is always crowded and overwhelmed with people queuing . other than that, it’s perfect. will definitely stay here again if I’m visiting HK !
