Unbeatable location. The room is okay for 2 people but if you have huge luggages then be informed that its gonna be crampy. Great place to say for a night or two.

Very clean room though small. Great housekeeping service. Free face masks, toothbrushes set, facial wash, combs, tea, coffee sachets are provided. No bottled mineral water provided. Claimed that tap water is safe to drink. Great location for various public transport facilities.

Not cheap though. The overall experience was very good. Very clean room. I booked this hotel for 7 nights.

I checked in late because I had to book a hotel in a hurry, but they upgraded my room and the staff was very friendly.

Shinjuku Washington Hotel is walking distance from Shinjuku station and express bus terminal. as we got many buses to different locations from Shinjuku express bus terminal, this hotel is good choice. the rooms are bit small, but staffs are much helpful. they give 2 adjacent rooms for us as we travel with kids.

The Shinjuku Washington Hotel was absolutely fantastic for our last two nights in Tokyo! Its prime location made our stay incredibly convenient—just a short walk to Shinjuku Station, the heart of Shinjuku City, and endless shopping options. The room was a decent size by Japan standards, offering all the comfort we needed for our stay. What stood out most was the hotel's thoughtful amenities. We loved having access to self-operated laundry machines (they even offer a laundry service!), which allowed us to head home with suitcases full of clean clothes—a huge bonus for travelers! Another highlight was the variety of on-site conveniences. With a Lawson and Family Mart right in the hotel, we had everything we needed at our fingertips. The hotel also boasts several restaurant options, including a fantastic ramen spot and even an Italian eatery—talk about variety! Despite being so close to bustling trains and shopping areas, the hotel is in a peaceful and quiet location, giving us the best of both worlds. I will definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo!

the hotel is hughly recommended. it is located at a convenient location. the hotel service is very good and the amenties are fantastic. the hotel is very spacious. i highly recommend this hotel with family. will go again if we go to Tokyo again.

It's right in front of the north exit of Ikejiri-Ohashi Station. It's one stop from Shibuya Station on the DT Line. It's about a 20-minute walk from Shibuya Station? This is my second time using it. I'll use it again next time I go to Tokyo.
