Amazing experience the hotel is in a great location, lobby on level 17 the reception staff were so wonderful we did not have our adapters and easily given one for our stay.

very clean and spacious room in comparison to other hotels in Japan with similar price. The room I stayed in comes with a queen bed, which is amazing. The room comes with a massaging pillow. I think the room is very comfortable for relaxation after a long day of walking and exploring. The curtains are absolutely amazing, there were no lights passing through in the morning, which allowed me to get good sleep. The hotel is very close to convenient stores, restaurants and subway stations. The KITAHAMA station is just a short walk away. Overall I would stay here again when I visit Osaka. Highly recommended!

It was nice because it was a new hotel and clean. It was less crowded than Umeda, so I thought it was more comfortable. The Midosuji Line subway is a hot spot, so it's easy to get around. There are stairs at Exit 7 of Yodoyabashi Station, so if you have a carrier or are elderly, take Exit 1 and cross the crosswalk to Exit 7. You can also cross the crosswalk in front of the hotel after exiting the exit and going straight. My mom liked the whole apple that was served for breakfast. I ate breakfast for two days and it was good because I didn't get tired of it.

conveniently located near higobashi mrt and 7-eleven, rooms are clean and you have the option to opt for full/limited/no housekeeping. staff is able to speak chinese and english to assist customers

The hotel is new and clean. The hot spring spa on the top floor is very popular. There are also many restaurants nearby. There are two convenience stores near the hotel downstairs. The hotel has a parking lot (charged 2,500 yen per day). It is not far from Nara and Kobe by car.
