Things to do in Nagoya Castle

Great value for money. Unfortunately, it happened to rain heavily when I went there on November 2, 2024, but it did not affect its magnificent scenery. I hope I can go there again next time when the weather is nice.

what a magical day at the studio Ghibli park and the airplane museum! though some may not agree but I spent my childhood watching studio Ghibli animes and I really liked how the park is organised. the only disadvantage is the lack of premium access to the houses, but will consider buying it the next time I am here!

My tour guide was Mr Leonardo. He is an excellent guide, Full of knowledge about the places we visited.. He gives us a unique feeling of how people had lived in the past. Mr Leonardo is an enthusiastic guide having great interests in Japanese culture and traditions thereby benefiting us as a tourist to Nagoya..

Stunning autumn foliage met the beauty of rushing water from the river down to the pond🥰The young lady tour guide was very friendly, always wearing a smile, and gave instructions well enough. She’s trilingual (Chinese, English, Japanese). The travel time was exactly as stated in the ads. The driver was nice too. The bus is clean and no odd smell. The timing of autumn foliage in peak was right. It was not cold. It rained all day long. Despite that, the tour was fun & a memory to keep forever. Lastly, I shopped at lot.

Enjoyed this tour a lot. Leonardo, our English tour guide, was very knowledgeable; he gave us the most amazing information about our tour, as well as other historical information. Plus, if you are intending to visit Magome and Tsumago, look no further, this is the easiest and fastest way there. Ample time to walk around too, highly recommended.

This time I am traveling to Nagoya alone, and there is a long way between Nagoya city and Takayama City and Shirakawa-go, so it is more convenient to join a one-day tour. You can get off at Taisho Pond and walk to Kappa Bridge. If you are strong enough, you can walk to Shenmei Pond. There is no traffic jam this time, so I arrived earlier, so the return time will be earlier. I always thought it was 11 o'clock. Half to 14:30
