Doi Suthep and Doi Suthep Temple can be visited in half a day. The driver's service is very good, but he is not familiar with the scenic spots. The chartered car took 8 hours and actually completed the trip in 4 hours. I suggested going to a farther place (elephant), but was told that it was not within the service range. It's a pity. In addition, you can go for a walk at Huitong Tao Lake and Chiang Mai University campus lake. Recommend going to a wonderland restaurant. Photography is available.

The guide was kind and nice! I'm not good at English, so I didn't understand much, but...! He was so kind and nice! I went to the temple early in the morning, so there were a good amount of people and it was nice! When I came down, there were so many people! I took the elevator up and down, so the stairs were optional! After that, I went to a shopping center, and I just healed at a cafe!

Kiki was very punctual and was very accommodating. With Chris as the driget I was able to enjoy all the sights at my own pace! All the sites were breathtaking, from the pagodas to the nature hike, and the waterfalls. The visit to the hill tribe at the end was a great way to finish the hike and I was able to get tea and coffee beans. The hike wouldn't have been as enjoyable if Chris wasn't there as a translator and photographer!! I definitely recommend. :)

It was easy to pick up at the hotel and return. Shopping at Mon Village was cheap. The Mon Village clothing experience was cheap at 50 baht. The Golden Temple was also beautiful. The last place was Wat Umong. There wasn't much to see, but I thought it was okay. The guide was easy to explain. The price was also good.

The driver's service was great, and the pick-up and drop-off arrived on time. On the way back, he also asked if there was any place he wanted to go, and introduced a delicious crispy pork rice restaurant. The business was very good👍! The elephants 🐘 are so cute, rushing to eat bananas 🍌 and sugar cane. I recommend this trip to you!

Booking this trip was a breeze, and I received a confirmation within minutes, which added to the overall convenience. Pui, our tour guide, reached out the evening before our journey to confirm the arrangements, showing a high level of communication and care. On the day of the tour, she arrived early to pick me up, which was reassuring and set a positive tone for the rest of the day. Our group consisted of five people, including myself, and while the car was a bit of a squeeze for everyone, we managed comfortably enough. Despite not being well conversed in English, Pui made a sincere effort to share information about the places we were visiting. Her dedication to making sure we understood the significance of each site was evident and added value to the trip. Our first destination was Doi Suthep, which took about an hour to reach along winding roads. The journey was part of the adventure, and the scenic drive prepared us for the stunning sight that awaited us. Upon arrival, the temple’s grandeur was truly breathtaking, and we had ample time to explore the intricate architecture, admire the views, and soak in the spiritual atmosphere. Next, we headed to Hmong Doi Pui, not far from the temple. This charming village offered a glimpse into the traditional Hmong culture. We saw a lovely waterfall and encountered children dressed in beautiful traditional Hmong outfits, which added a cultural touch to the visit. Although the area was mainly filled with shops selling local crafts and souvenirs, the waterfall and the surrounding lush greenery made for a pleasant stop. Our final visit was to Wat Umong, a unique temple known for its ancient tunnels and serene forest setting. Exploring the tunnels was fascinating, as they led to various shrines and provided a peaceful, reflective space unlike any other temple I’ve visited. We were given plenty of time to wander through the tunnels, visit the temples inside, and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the surrounding grounds. Overall, the tour was well-paced, with just the right amount of time at each location. The entire experience, lasting about 4.5 hours, was enjoyable and didn’t feel rushed.

P’How was our tour guide for the day and he was truly helpful and informative. I recommend you to book this tour to save time and money because Elefin Farm is 1 hour and 30 minutes away from the Old City center.

I went on a tour with guide Immy. It was nice that they informed me of the pick-up time by email in advance, and they explained the history of Chiang Mai well. I found out more things when I learned about it. If you have time, I recommend going to Doi Suthep Temple!
