The tour guide Chen Meifang is really very professional, enthusiastic and patient ❤️We took care of the beautiful scenery throughout the trip and asked us to take pictures quickly so as not to miss the best time to take pictures. We were also given ice cream for free🍦It was delicious! Along the way, we were also told about the history, culture, food, etc. of Hokkaido. We were very satisfied with this trip😍

Director Chen's explanation was detailed and humorous. The itinerary was a bit tight but comprehensive, and within the permitted range, it also allowed tourists a certain degree of freedom in their choices. All in all, it was a good tour. I hope that future itineraries can plan to stay in Hell Valley for half an hour longer so that many people can see Hell Valley and soak in the day-return hot springs.

I booked this tour at the last minute and was blown away by how spectacular it was! The experience was nothing short of amazing, all thanks to our phenomenal tour guide, Leo. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and attuned to everyone’s needs. Alongside him was an excellent female guide who provided invaluable support throughout the journey. Their guidance truly exemplified what a great tour should be! I can't recommend this tour company and its guides highly enough. Every place we visited was breathtaking! Huge thanks to Leo and the entire team for an unforgettable adventure!

great tour. seeing a lot magnificent places. helpful tourguide and good English. unfortunately, due to snow weather, some places were closed. but the rest were beautiful. great pudding and yogurt.

1: It is worth recommending, because your company has arranged (leader Jiajia) to provide good service and explain in detail. The service quality to customers is great. The driver is Japanese and he is very kind and amiable. He greets you in Japanese every time you get on and off the car. The itinerary is good: The view restaurant at Lake Tono is beautiful. The bears in Showa Shinzan and Bear Ranch are very cute. You can also feed them and they will interact with us and greet us. When we can throw cookies, he will pick them up with his mouth and hands (7- 8-year-old cute 🐻 bear) Noboribetsu Jigokudani has beautiful scenery, and (Jiajia leader) will also take us to take photos of the logo. The service is really good. The most important thing is that it is very friendly. (Jiajia leader) is also quite good. Liked by a team leader 👍

I highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide, Lisa, is very helpful and friendly. She is particular with departure time and made sure that we were the first group to leave for the next location that's why we were able to savor the location with fewer people for a while. Noboribetsu is kind of hard to DIY so this is why I do not mind the fast-paced tour. If you're someone who wants a little more time to wander around then I suggest to hire a private tour.

The tour guide gave a very detailed introduction, rich experience and great value for money. I happened to encounter this itinerary at a discount and it happened to meet at the Xiadan Hotel. It was so convenient. I will definitely choose klook for a day trip next time. The weather was beautiful with blue sky and white clouds. The first rest stop was We took the most beautiful photo of Mt. Yotei. Thank you🙏
