During my trip to Hokkaido on September 4, 2024, I was fortunate enough to participate in a scenic tour of Lake Toya led by tour guide Xiaowei. Xiaowei's expertise and enthusiasm made the entire trip even more memorable. She not only introduced the history and culture of each scenic spot in detail, but also enthusiastically answered our various questions, allowing us to have a deeper understanding of the local customs. During the process of tasting local delicacies, Xiaowei also paid special attention to our needs to ensure that every member could enjoy the best dining experience. Proper arrangement of the itinerary and proper time management allowed us to fully enjoy the beauty and charm of each scenic spot. Overall, I am very satisfied with this trip, and I would like to thank Xiaowei for his hard work in making our trip to Hokkaido so unforgettable! If I have the opportunity to come to Hokkaido again, I will definitely seek the guidance of Xiaowei and look forward to experiencing such a wonderful journey again!

I visited five Sapporo suburban attractions in a very efficient way. The pick-up and drop-off locations are also flexible and I can choose Odori Park or Sapporo Station. I think it is very convenient and cost-effective. Although the time spent at each attraction is not long, I think it is well distributed. It was just right, but if you wanted to sit down and have a good lunch at noon, you would have to sacrifice time to go to one of the tourist spots, so most of the group members bought some simple snacks to fill their stomachs. The tour guide Xiaotao was conscientious and courteous. He kept reminding everyone that they must have a sense of time in Japan, and also made it clear what time to gather. Fortunately, the passengers in the same group were very cooperative, and even returned to the city a little earlier in the end. Overall, this trip was enjoyable and fulfilling!

Deceptively industrial in appearance on the outside, the rooms were clean, cosy and spacious. There were stunning views of Lake Toya from the bedroom windows as well. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Hotel Cocoa.

The travel course was varied and good, and as someone who can't speak Japanese, it was good that the guide could speak English. I was grateful that the guide kindly took pictures for me at every place we went. Please note that you must be 100% punctual at each point.

Our tour guide Xiao Pan is a lively and handsome 23-year-old boy who graduated from Hokkaido University. He is knowledgeable and funny. He likes Xiao Pan's introduction to the Japanese philosophy of "one session, one meeting". He treats everything as the only one and goes all out. , is worth following and learning from, this itinerary schedule is very reasonable, highly recommended!

The tour guide Xiaotao is really great! The introduction is very detailed, in Chinese, English and Japanese. Lake Toya Observation Deck is very easy to buy😆The ice cream is super delicious, just listen to Xiao Tao’s recommendation! I'm lucky enough to be able to soak in the Manseikaku hot spring on Sunday❤️ (sometimes it is said that non-stay guests may not be accepted on Sundays). The women's hot spring is on the top floor, and you can see the beautiful lake and mountain views before it gets dark! The frequency of fireworks at night is very slow, probably to wait for the smoke to dissipate, and to remind myself that travel should be slow. Recommended! I want to bring my mother here next time.
