We had a great stay here!! walking distance with cafes, restaurant, convenient stores and souvenir. All staff are accommodating and friendly 🫰🏻❤️

Room is clean, bed is warm and cozy to sleep on/ the breakfast buffet is fantastic too! wish we could have booked their sauna tho

This place is so beautiful! Everything from the photos is real (I thought I would get disappointed but I didn’t). The pool is heated.

We had a very nice stay here. Buffet breakfast is good. Location is very nice. The shop at the front has the lowest price for jackets and souvenirs compared to other stores.

We stayed here before our departure to Hanoi via bus. The property is situated close to various amenities, shops, and dining options. The room is tidy and offers a pleasant atmosphere. It is equipped with an electric heater, a shower heater, and an air conditioner. What I truly appreciated the most was the staff, who were exceptionally accommodating, helpful, and friendly. No picture of the hotel though, only the scenery of Sapa. We just walked from the hotel to the lake and nearby shops.

The unit is spacious, spotless and in perfect location- very accessible to Sun World and to many restaurants. We love the quietness of the place that we were able to sleep well at night. Also the staff is very kind to allow us leave our baggage prior and after checking in. Thank you.
