Staffs were friendly and extremely helpful in providing information, especially regarding the train street schedule. The hotel's location is really convenient, room was clean and breakfast spread was good. Will definitely book again.

Location was good, right beside the night market street and the lake was 5 minutes walk away. The hotel was good value for money. I would like to commend the staff at the reception who were all very helpful and friendly, also the lady at the breakfast who took care of us was very helpful and professional. Thank you!

Had a great time checking in at Blue Hanoi Inn. All the staff were friendly and always ready to attend to your needs. They even allow me to stay at the lobby before heading to SaPa, so the tour guide can pick me up safe even my reservation is 2 days prior. The hotel is so near to all the landmarks, restaurants and shopping stores as this is at the center of Old Quartel. The room is clean and I love their bathroom. Highly recommended for all travelers especially those who will visit Hanoi first time!
