Fighting Cock Islet cruises

The tour guide Tim is a very enthusiastic and energetic person. He took the initiative to contact me before departure and picked me up on time. After taking the bus to the Halong Bay port, he took care of the group members very kindly. The meals on the boat were good. After lunch, everyone chatted and looked at the scenery. Tim could not It was a good idea to delay everyone's leisure time and talk nonsense about tour guide formulas. The scenery after arriving at Surprised Cave was very good, but Tim was busy entertaining the team in front and going to the back. Every member of the group was concerned and left Surprised. After the cave, we enjoyed the comfortable sea breeze and beautiful scenery. We were a little bored on Hero Island. Tim invited me to join the tour guide’s chat area to rest. When we returned, the ship provided an additional music party. Tim saw that our group members were beaten by the Chinese group on the same ship. After grabbing all the food, he took the initiative to get more food from the staff on the boat and distributed it to the group members one by one. I really felt comfortable everywhere when I met a good tour guide. Thank you very much to him

the cruise was awesome with ample amount of space and open area for great view. The check in and check out process was smooth. However the cruise transfer from the hotel was average with rattling bus and seat were also not that comfy as this price.

The UNESCO heritage, Ha Long Bay has an amazing history to it. The views are beautiful and unparalleled. So glad to be able to visit and climb some of the bat islets, and also stalacite/stalgamites caves.

One of the best experience we had in Vietnam. The cruise is well maintained and the have a well organised crew and itinerary planned. The tour guide Alex is the most patient and clam man and he accompy you throughout the trip.

The bus we rode to and from the seaport was clean, spacious and comfy. The instruction on how and where to pick us up was clear. The cruise itself was very worth it, the palces we visit was really great. The cruise ship was really clean and new. The food during lunch buffet and snacks were really good and tasty we eat so much. The staff were very friendly and approachable. Highly recommended.

The cruise is amazing and the manager Joel and all crew members very helpful and coordial we asked for vegetarian food and were not expecting much but what amazing lunch and presentation The places visited are crowded but good experience for cruise and hospitality

Overall it was a nice experience on the cruise. Food Menu and Room was awesome, staff was very courteous and made you feel comfortable, they even made Indian type tea on demand. Only minus was we couldn’t catch a squid, but what can the cruise do about it :)

Exciting activity. Very beautiful natural scenery. Pick up using a bus with comfortable seats. Our tour guide Ken is responsible for all participants, and friendly. The boat used is also quite good. We use a rattan boat rowed by an officer. This activity is quite exciting and fun. To climb the Tip Top hill is very tiring. But once at the top you can see a beautiful view. However, this activity is not enough if it is only 30 minutes. Because the stairs up and down are narrow and have to take turns with people. Overall this activity is fun
