It was my first time to join a Klook one-day tour group, and I was lucky enough to meet the tour guide Carter Sasaki! He speaks Chinese, English and Japanese and is very enthusiastic. The driver is also very safe when driving 👍 Maybe the tour guide’s singing and praying worked. It was rare to have heavy snow in Ginzan Hot Spring on the first day, and it was sunny in Zao Juhyo on the second day, which ended the two-day trip perfectly. Highly recommended👍

A rare trip to experience the legendary scenery of ice and snow. Transportation, guidance, and explanations make this trip more efficient and perfect! Starting from Sendai, you can meet up at ten o'clock, so there is no need to rush early. Thanks Carter!

This attraction can go on your own, however the transportation is not too convenient to join this kind of small group with a tour bus boarding a trip over no need to change the car ahead of time, but also have a Chinese, English and Japanese are very good guide to lead the trip relaxed and definitely worth it It snowed heavily when we got there🤩 Great

Checked off some of my buckles list! At the beginning I wasn’t able to find the meeting point and the staff were very nice to call me and give me instructions. on the trip the tour guide was very helpful in instructing us. I almost couldn’t catch my Shinkansen because so many people at Ginzan Onsen but the driver magically made it in time for me to catch my Shinkansen. The fox is so soft and cute, and Ginzan Onsen is stunning!

The Driver Also Drives Safely, Even in Rain and Snow on Slippery Roads. The Group with a Clean and Comfortable Big Bus.
