The staff is friendly, we were upgraded to a larger room with a balcony, the room is clean, and the shower equipment is neat and new, we are happy to stay here. The breakfast is also delicious. Overall recommend.

Huge and clean room, very nice location, overlooking the Sapa City Centre, the veranda has a view of mountains, Excellent customer service, friendly staff ,esp.mentioned to Xuan Selena for making our stay very comfortable, the food is great!

This Hotel is close to everything! They got super spacious rooms. They also serve delicious breakfast buffet. So worth it for its affordable price.
