Our driver/Tour guide , Sam, arrived on time for our trip..He filled us in with clear details about our trip and the journey to & fro was amazing..It was roughly a 2-3hrs long drive from Our hotel at Sengigi but worth every penny . We get to experience trekking to 2 waterfall ,Sendang gile & Tiu kelep.Honestly Tiu kelep was beautiful and worth the journey.. Next we get to visit Bukit Selong.We had difficulty hiking up the bukit due to the wet & slippery steps but Sam was kind enough to wait & motivate us to continue till we reached the top..Upon reaching,the view was spectacular!!! Lastly we get the opportunity to eat at Kedai Sawah Sembalun.Food served was delicious and we get to enjoy the view!!! Thank you again Sam for taking care of us!! Whole trip Worth every penny!!!

The agent is very responsive and on time. After booking, the agent already give me the information thru Whatsapp (i like it because easy to communicate). I glad because we can change the pickup point from Kuta area to Senggigi area (because we changed our hotel). The drivers are really friendly and helpful. They even prepared us snacks and mineral water in the car. They shared information&history about Lombok during our 2 hours trip to waterfall so we wont get boring. Once arrived at waterfall, the tour guide is really soft spoken and helpful!! He offered to bring our backpack (ours bag are small). He also sharing info about waterfall. He suggested us to try water simple water rafting just to experience it and we all love it!!!! You guys can see in my photos. He is also good taking our videos and photos. They do all package mentioned in the package and everything is on time. We lunch at Villa bamboo and the foods are delicious. We also went to Sasak Village to see the traditional life there. They want to bring us to Monkey Park but we dont want because all of us scare with monkey 😅😅 Overall, I have no regret and worth my money taking this package. Thank you.

The tour exceeded my expectations. The snorkeling guys were very helpful with managing the strong tide and it was really cool to go to different locations and fun to ride the boat. For the land portion of the trip, I had Kadek Adnyana and Dilan for my tour, and they were very friendly and helpful. I went on the tour as a solo traveler, but they both made sure that I got some photos and videos of myself at every location we drove to. They were also good with answering any questions I had and were nice to talk to overall. the lunch was also pretty good and buffet style so you won’t need to worry about being hungry. I would recommend bringing some motion sickness meds if you are sensitive to the sea current or bumpy roads, but otherwise a really worthwhile trip to go on! Thank you Dilan and Kadek! Had the best/Amazing time Snorkeling. Azis is the best tour guide, he took really amazing video & photos on the GoPro, I highly recommend to go with Azis, he made our snorkeling trip so comfortable and feel safe. We are so grateful & will definitely book this again with him and also would like to say thank you to our boat driver he made the boat ride comfortable and safe🫶❤️

Great and mind blowing experience on the Sunrise jeep. The trip driver(Kadek) has very good driving skill and polite which is comfy. To add on, the jeep driver Adi is good photographer which took many wonderful photos under low light situation. Thumbs up for both of them…. thanks for the experience.

It’s very easy to book, we just book the tour one day before and get confirmation within minutes. The tour guide didn’t really explain on the history of the places but he guided me in the snorkelling process cause I can’t swim. It’s a nice tour if you have only half day of time

We are very grateful to our driver, Pudo. On the day we went to Nusa Penida, it was raining heavily. He arrived early at the pier to wait for us and suggested we visit Diamond Beach first. He followed us throughout the trip to ensure our safety, as the path down to the beach was wet and slippery, posing some danger. Afterwards, we had lunch, and within half an hour, we were on the road again. The roads were very bumpy, and each destination was quite far apart. Despite the rain for most of the day, Pudo worked hard to ensure our trip went smoothly. When we reached Kelingking Beach, the rain had lessened, but there were many tourists taking photos. After we finished sightseeing, Pudo took us to another nearby spot so we could take more pictures of Kelingking Beach. He helped us take many photos and videos, guiding us on poses and actions, leaving us with many memorable images. Finally, we visited Broken Beach and Angel’s Billabong. By then, the weather had cleared up, and Pudo helped us take many more photos. On the way back, he didn’t make us walk back the same way. Instead, he told us to wait nearby while he went back to get the car and pick us up. The whole trip went smoothly, thanks to our driver who took care of us in the rain, ensured we visited all the sights, and even bought our boat tickets, seeing us off at the gate before leaving. Pudo is cheerful and outgoing, love singing, he chatting with us in the car, making each journey enjoyable. We are very thankful to him and highly recommend this driver to other travelers.
