Katie was our guide and she was amazing! She told us loads of information in great English and answered all my questions. We were picked up promptly and the morning ran very smoothly with zero waiting around. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was that the rooftop observatory was closed (it has been for a few months) so there were no binoculars to use. Luckily I borrowed some from another person on the tour but I would recommend taking your own until the relationship between the Koreas improves and they are able to open the rooftop again.
