dorsett location is good and walking distance to B.Bintang. good breakfast and nice layout. overall very good

There was a welcome drink at check in. The room was very clean and comfortable. They also accommodated late check out.

This is our second time been here and its always a cosy n kids friendly hotel. We really enjoy the verity of food choices during breakfast. And most important the hotel location is near to every hot spots in KL.

Comfortable, easy access and affordable. if you hungry at night you can go to the 24/7 shop nearest

This time I stayed on the 52nd floor with a great view. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a bathtub, the living room and dining room were large, the kitchen had kitchenware, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a 3M filtered water dispenser, and a laundry machine. The room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and laundry detergent, a large refrigerator, and free coffee is available in the reception hall.

Great staff with great accommodation. Really enjoy my stay. Will definately go again. Not to mention that the food for breakfast is nice 🤙🏻👍🏻👍🏻

very much comfortable and satisfied with our stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur , especially with the walking distance to Pavillion Mall.

It is very convenient because it is connected to the Pavilion shopping mall. The location seems really good. It is a bit noisy because there are many guests. The breakfast is so-so, so I think it would be better to just go out and buy something!
