Hotel is situated close to public transport and the tourist area. Room was clean, and the staff were very accommodating.

Very nice location! Walking distance (or a short ride) from major tourist spots. Just beside Hyde Park. Near the train/bus station. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Nice window view. Complete amenities ("kitchen" sink, cutleries and plates, microwave). Having a microwave inside the room was very convenient. Staff were very friendly. Luckily we were able to check in early (subject to availability) and get a free room upgrade. The only room for improvement was the toilet - flooring/tiles weren't that clean, and water from shower seeps to the main toilet area despite having a shower door, causing the floor towel to be soaked. Overall, highly recommended!

Hotel concierge is very polite and helpful, hotel location is excellent but the room cleaniness has room to improve.

The location is just a 10-minute walk to St. Mary's Cathedral. Then you can continue walking to the Sydney Opera House. Then stroll around the Darling Harbour, The Rocks.

Amazing location and quick and easy self check-in. The room is spacious. Some improvements needed - 1. the wifi (our room was on the 17th floor and had very poor wifi). The smart tv had the option to cast from our device, but the wifi wasn't working. 2. There is no plug point next to the bedside. everytime i needed to charge my phone, i had to get up and go to the plug point to charge my phone. 3. Kettle to boil water was very smelly. 4. the safe in our room was not working due to low battery. The walls are quite thin also, you can hear the people talking in the next room. Otherwise, everything else was ok, there was an iron + board and hair dryer in the room. No bathroom amenities provided besides soap, shampoo. Overall still enjoyed the stay cause of the location.

Great location to access all fun needed. Nice staffs. Easy to reach the bus across the street and best spot for sunrise.
