How can I pick up the tickets?
The ticket pick-up methods vary depending on the countries and carriers. For most of the carriers, you can present e-tickets when boarding. Some carriers require physical tickets printed at the station or through ticketing machines.
Make sure you double-check the pick-up method at checkout.
If you are taking Italo trains, you can get the e-tickets here with your name and ticket code (the 6-digit code on the Klook voucher). Car and seat numbers are written on the tickets. You can present the e-tickets directly to the staff. Printed tickets are optional.
Please note that a few UK carriers accept physical tickets only. You can collect them from any self-service ticket machine using the valid collection reference number you received from Klook and the card you paid with.
