What do I need to bring on the day?

Please bring the following items.

• Valid driver's license (for all drivers if there is more than one driver) *Credit card or cash used for payment (if payment method is local payment)
• ETC card (not required if you do not plan to use it)

In addition, in the following cases, an identification document other than a driver's license (*) may be required.

• If the address written on your driver's license differs from your current address due to moving etc.
• If you do not have a valid credit card and pay the usage fee using a method other than credit card

*Rules such as in what cases an identity verification document is required and what kind of identity verification document is required vary depending on the rental car company. If the above applies to you, please contact our office directly.

*If you are unable to present the required documents, the rental car company may refuse to rent the car, but no refund will be given in that case.
