How can I collect my Taiwan high-speed rail tickets?
If you have booked a one-way ticket, you will receive 1 voucher number. If you have booked round-trip tickets, you will receive 2 voucher numbers (1 for your departure and 1 for your return).
You can use your voucher number to collect your train tickets online or in person.
Online ticket collection
- Download the latest version of the High Speed Rail T-EX App.
- Key in your voucher code and your ID/Passport number.
- Collect your ticket on the app.

In-person ticket collection
- Go to the collection counter or ticket self-collection machine at the high speed rail station and key in your voucher and government/photo ID number to collect your ticket.
- You can also collect your ticket at selected convenience stores partnered with Taiwan High Speed Rail (7-11, FamilyMart, OK Mart, etc). You will need to pay NT$10 for each ticket at pick up. Check out this article for more information!
Senior / concession tickets
- These have to be collected in person by presenting your voucher number and photo/government ID. Check out this article for more information.
Please note that any amendments/cancellations for tickets will have to be conducted at the High Speed Rail ticket collection counter. Check your booking details for more information on your ticket's cancellation policy.
