it was easy to choose the outfit. It's not overwhelming. Had fun afterwards walking around and seeing historical sites with it especially the Vietnamese Women's Museum- a way to honour the Vietnamese women's bravery and empowerment by wearing the costume.
this was one of the moment I was looking forward in Hanoi. to wear a teaditional vietnamese dress. And it was fun and indeed satisfying to take photos wearing the dress. The host are very kind to assist us in finding my right size and presenting colors up to my liking. Highly recommended ! They have variations of traditional dresses for men and women and kids
They have two offices, only one street apart, but we need to rent the Ao Dai at this address: Crossing Vietnam Tour Meeting point 38 P. Bát Sứ, Hàng Bồ, Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội. The staff were very friendly, and we had to return the items before 6 PM. We really liked the traditional Ao Dai and conical hats they provided, which made our Hanoi trip very enjoyable.
I rented our ao dai here and had a really great experience! The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and made sure everything fit perfectly. The designs were beautiful and well-maintained — perfect for photos and special occasions. location: Just a small note: the Google Maps pin isn’t accurate, so it took me a bit of time to find the shop. I recommend messaging them directly for directions. Other than that, 10/10 service and experience! Highly recommended.
Small rental and changing room by a travel company, not much choices but overall ok with simple requirements..
The experience itself is very memorable. My mom & I really enjoyed our tour around Old Quarter wearing the Ao Dai. The lady in-charge that day in the shop was very accommodating, too. However, they only have limited stocks of Ao Dai. And if you have XL or 2XL- up size, you’d have difficulty in finding your match Ao Dai. They also have limited styles. But whatever style you’d choose, I beleive that you’ll enjoy the experience! 👌🏼
this aodai are kinda fragile, easily get scratch/spoilt, but its quick dry so can wash n dry overnight and wear to other attraction in the next day. kinda limited choice on the shop, staff are friendly but trying to push you to buy their ao dai. I bought mine there at around 300k if i didn't remember wrongly
There are very few clothing options. If you go later, it may be difficult to choose the clothes you like. It is better to go as soon as the doors open.
Beautiful dresses! Had a 200,000 VND deposit but was returned immediately after giving back the dresses. Recommended to wear this dress while strolling and taking pictures around the city.
Wearing Ao Dai on a hot day is really hot, and it is very conspicuous when walking on the road. The size is a bit too small, and my friend can’t find the pattern in his size. But it's beautiful. It is recommended to just wear a bra t
