1. Animation Jujutsu Kaisen Exhibition (16 August - 10 November)
If the anime and manga aren’t enough, fans of Gege Akutami’s masterpiece can visit the Animation Jujutsu Kaisen Exhibition happening now! Making its Southeast Asia debut, this immersive exhibition features original artwork from MAPPA Studio, life-sized statues of characters, as well as displays of scenes from the anime. Each admission even comes with a free character ID card chosen at random.

2. Alice Saves Wonderland: The Immersive Journey (26 October - 29 December)
Inspired by Lewis Carroll's most popular book, Alice Saves Wonderland is a an immersive exhibition that combines adventure, art, and education. Just like the iconic story, your journey starts with you "falling" down the Rabbit Hole

This event uses digital art and interactive designs to bring visitors on an adventure while spreading awareness on the importance of environmental conservation and preservation. A new challenge awaits you in every room, with the grand finale being a battle against the Trash Dragon!

3. Comic Fiesta 2024 (21 - 22 December)
Malaysia's most well-known animation, comics and games (ACG) convention is back! Comic Fiesta 2024 is set to take place from 21 to 22 December 2024 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
Ever since its first convention in 2002, Comic Fiesta has been a gathering place for fans, artists, and cosplayers to celebrate their shared love for anime and comics. Attendees can expect to catch exciting performances, take photos with cosplayers, shop for merchandise, and more.

4. TWILIGHT (15 August onwards)
Hosted by REXPERIENCE, TWILIGHT is a digital art gallery that’ll leave you in awe. The exhibition comprises 3 segments that play around with emotion, heritage, and technology.
“Hanya Batik” breathes life and movement into batik artist Arif Rafhan’s works, “Geometry of Emotions” is an exploration of human emotion and its connection with technology, and “Escape” touches on our self-image in an era of technological advancements. Art is as emotional as it is visual, and what better way to experience it than with 360 degree projections and surround sound.

5. DFP Punchline: Douglas Lim 'One Mic Only' (22 - 23 November 2024)
Ready to laugh till your stomach hurts? Malaysia's beloved comedic genius Douglas Lim will be performing his long-awaited solo show this November! This 90 minute show is guaranteed to leave you gasping for air from laughing too hard.
Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS typically hosts orchestras and other musical performances - DFP Punchline: Douglas Lim 'One Mic Only' will be the concert hall's first ever stand-up comedy show. This is the first installment of DFP's newest series of comedy shows.

6. Kuala Lumpur Art Book Fair (4 - 8 December)

Kuala Lumpur Art Book Fair first opened its riso-printed doors to the art enthusiasts of Malaysia in 2021. Just a few years later, KLABF is one of the most anticipated art and art book events in the country. While the vendors change every year, you can always expect to see the best artists and sellers in Southeast Asia and their intricate booths displaying their merchandise.
