One of our favourite date ideas in KL is a Sip & Paint experience, perfect if you're both wishing to do something artsy together. Pick up a paintbrush and express your creativity on a painting date at art studios across the Klang Valley. These studios will give you the opportunity to unleash your inner Picasso while sipping on your choice of wine or juice. Some studios also allow you to create a shared masterpiece with two canvases and you can then bring home the artwork you created together! 👩🏻🎨

9. Go on a City of Lights tour
If you're looking for a fun date idea at night, we'd highly recommend experiencing the beauty of KL with the KL City of Lights Tour! Ride on the hop-on hop-off bus as you are brought around on a comfortable ride across the city to see all of Kuala Lumpur's unique landmarks and famous attractions, all beautifully lit up at night.
#KlookTip: The bus seats are limited and are occupied on a first come, first serve basis, so we highly recommend reaching on time or earlier for the session to secure a seat at the open-air upper deck.

We're not gonna lie, a theme park date is our favourite kind of date. Not in the mood for sip and paint? Try your hand at painting your very own batik masterpiece instead! This one's a therapeutic (and super affordable) date idea for couples. Tucked right in the heart of KL city, Jadi Batek is a local batik craft centre with workshop classes held in a spacious warehouse-like space.
