1. Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse
Miles Morales returns in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, the long-awaited sequel of the Oscar-winning Spider-verse saga. After reuniting with Gwen Stacy, this epic adventure with transport Brooklyn's full-time, friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man across the multiverse, where he encounters a team of Spider-People and finds himself pitted against them. However, they soon have to join forces as they face off against a villain more powerful than anything they have ever encountered before.

2. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts
Transformers fans, this one's for you! Transformers: Rise of the Beasts serves another prequel storyline that takes place before the existing Transformers movies. Be transported to a '90s globetrotting adventure with the Autobots and be introduced to a whole new faction of Cybertronians, named the Maximals. Taking place in the 1990s, we get to witness the Maximals, Predacons and Terrorcons join the existing battle on Earth between the Autobots and Decepticons.

3. Elemental
Who wouldn't love a good Disney Pixar-animated film? Elemental is set in a world where residents representing each of the four elements - fire, water, land and air - live together. In fact, their bodies are literally made of these elements, and each of these groups reside within their own community in the modern Elemental City. One day, a fiery young Fire woman and a go-with-the-flow Water guy discover how much they actually have in common and attempt to make their relationship work.

4. The Little Mermaid
It's finally time for the live action remake of The Little Mermaid! Disney fans will know the story of Ariel, the youngest daughter of King Triton and a spirited young mermaid who longs to find out more about the world beyond the sea, and who eventually makes a dangerous deal with the evil sea witch, Ursula. Get ready to rediscover this well-loved tale, reimagined into a fantastical live action film with fan-favourite songs weaved into it - cue Part of Your World!

5. Fast X
The Fast & Furious franchise is almost at its end, with Fast X being the well-loved series' 10th instalment and its epic finale that will be split into 2 parts. This first part sees Dom Toretto and his family facing the most lethal opponent they have ever faced - fuelled by revenge, Dante is the son of nefarious Brazilian drug kingpin Hernan Reyes, who has spent the last decade masterminding a plan to make Dom pay the ultimate price, with Dom's 8-year-old son being the ultimate target of his vengeance.

6. Hypnotic
Ben Affleck stars in Hypnotic, an American sci-fi action thriller about a detective who investigates a case involving his missing daughter and a secret government program. While investigating a series of bank robberies, he stumbles upon a mysterious man with an uncanny connection to his missing daughter, which soon leads to a completely unexpected development in the case.

7. The Super Mario Bros. Movie
Your favourite Nintendo characters are officially here on the big screen! The Super Mario Bros. Movie is an animated feature film that brings to life the world of Super Mario Bros, as you follow Mario and Luigi on their journey through the Mushroom Kingdom. With help from Princess Peach, they get ready to battle it out with Bowser to stop his plans from conquering the world.

8. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3
If you're a Marvel fan like we are, then we're pretty sure Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is already next on your watch list. Peter Quill and our beloved band of misfits are settling into life post-Endgame, before their lives are upended once again when Rocket's turbulent past catches up to him. Still reeling from the loss of Gamora, Peter rallies his team on a dangerous mission to save Rocket's life, and if not completed successfully, could be the end of them all.

9. John Wick: Chapter 4
The legendary hitman John Wick returns in John Wick: Chapter 4, with the price on his head ever increasing. In this latest instalment, he takes his fight against the High Table as he uncovers a path to defeat them, but first must face off against a new enemy with powerful underworld alliances across the globe.

1. The Flash
Fans of The Flash and the DC Extended Universe, we bet that The Flash is already on your watch list. Worlds collide when Barry Allen, known as the Flash, uses his powers to travel back in time to prevent the murder of his mother, which inadvertently changes the future. As a result, he finds himself trapped in a reality in which General Zod has returned, threatening to destroy the earth, and with no other superheroes to turn to, he faces the challenge of asking for help from familiar faces.

2. No Hard Feelings
Jennifer Lawrence stars in the comedy flick, No Hard Feelings, as Maddie who is on the brink of losing her childhood home when she finds an intriguing job listing. In desperation, she signs up to date the introverted 19-year-old son of a wealthy couple, before he leaves for college, but to her surprise, she soon discovers that this seemingly awkward boy is not exactly what he seems to be.

3. Indiana Jones and The Dial of Destiny
Our favourite archaeology professor Indiana Jones is back in this fifth instalment of the film franchise, Indiana Jones and The Dial of Destiny. Accompanied by his goddaughter, he is now on a race against time as he rushes to beat Jürgen Voller, a former Nazi who works for NASA, in retrieving a legendary dial that can change the entire course of history.

4. Barbie
Barbie is probably one of the most talked about films of the year, which is no surprise because we're all Barbie girls, living in this Barbie world! The fun and super pink Barbieland comes to life in this film, where we follow a Barbie doll who gets expelled from the world for not being perfect enough, so she sets off on an adventure in the real world and picks up life lessons (and hopefully happiness) along the way.

5. Oppenheimer
If you like biographical films or are a history geek, the star-studded Oppenheimer may be a fun watch for you. Travel back into the 1940s as you follow the story of American physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer who worked with a team of scientists during the Manhattan Project, and how he eventually became responsible behind the development of the atomic bomb.
