1. Are the platters halal-certified?
Although Splatter is not halal-certified, the platters are 100% pork-free and alcohol-free. They also give priority to halal-certified and/or Muslim-owned suppliers when sourcing for ingredients to be included in these yummy platters.
2. How long can I keep the platter before consuming it?
The cheese and fruit platters are carefully put together right before delivery to ensure maximum freshness of the food! It would be best to consume them straightaway (or within 1 hour of delivery) if left unrefrigerated. You can however keep it refrigerated and consume within 2 hours.
3. How does the delivery work? / How do I place my order?
Upon placing your booking on Klook, you'll be able to select a preferred delivery date, time, and address - simply fill up everything and we'll take care of the rest! Deliveries are available from as early as 10AM to 8PM daily, except on Mondays. Free delivery is available to most areas within Klang Valley!
