The weather was so cold with heavy snow and wind that I couldn't visit all four theaters. I was so disappointed, but the receptionist told me to visit again next time since the usage period was over. Thank you for your kind words! It's really worth seeing!

Very good facilities and service (eg free ice cream, night ramen, washer). Very popular & crowded on that Sunday night such that i had to queue for a cubicle in the public bath lol. Would consider staying here again if overnight in Otaru. Room was a bit small for luggage.

Buying tickets from klook comes with a free postcard, but please note that you have to go to the counter to exchange for a physical ticket before boarding, and the queue is the same as the general ticket sales.

The indoor living space is large, the environment is comfortable and clean, the kitchen is equipped with cups, bowls, tableware and kitchen utensils, and you need to prepare your own seasonings. Japanese-style rooms are provided with futons to lay down by yourself. There is a parking lot opposite for self-driving, which is very convenient. Because the Klook email from the B&B mentioned that they would receive check-in instructions and key box information via email, I did not receive the relevant email on the day of check-in, so I spent some time at the door of the B&B and called the B&B operator to inquire about the check-in method. , is the shortcoming of this accommodation experience, the rest is good!

It is very convenient to exchange tickets directly at the ticket counter, and the 10% off coupons and limited edition postcards are very valuable. There are additional discounts in conjunction with platform activities.

The place is near JR Station, very convenient for traveling, clean, breakfast is varied and very delicious. I recommend it. The room is okay, comfortable. The hotel has free ramen and free coffee service.

The night view of Tenguzan Cable Car is beautiful, but the viewing height is much lower than that of Mount Moiwa Cable Car. If you can only choose one, I recommend giving priority to Mount Moiwa.
