Lovely place and kind staff. Has lots of amenities to use. Will certainly go back to this place next time.

The best Onsen resort I've stayed at on this trip!! MyStays Fuji definitely has a BEAUTIFUL Onsen area that overlooks Fujisan and Fuji-Q, plus if you're lucky to book the rooms with such views, it's an even better bonus!! Highly recommend anyone who wants a great view of Fuji-Q/Mt. Fuji and loves onsens to stay here!!!

The great thing is that it is beautiful ~ the air is very good. The hotel accommodation and restaurants are both excellent. I will definitely come here next time, the location is very close to Lake Kawaguchi.

It's not bad. There are many living facilities nearby. But the check-out time is a bit early. The service staff are very nice and it's great to see Mount Fuji.

Very friendly staff. it’s more of a hostel experience than a hotel. Meaning you share bathrooms and showers with others. what’s in the room is basic but just what we needed. They also offer bikes rental. Convenient location right in front of the train station and bus stops, also to the infamous Lawson photographic spot. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s not asking much when traveling but a clean place to sleep, or budget conscious.

I thought I wouldn't be able to check in because I was late, but I was able to check in because they knew in advance and left it there. Next time I come to enjoy Mt. Fuji, I want to stay long term.

Excellet location to move in BUS or train, just 5 min walking. Room has good space for 2 adults, we reserved room with Fuji view and was great.
