The Shuni tour guide is very professional. He explains the itinerary in both Chinese and English on the bus. He is not tired at all. He also actively assists tourists in taking photos and cares about them. He is very warm in the cold weather. It is worth recommending!

We arrived 15 mins earlier and there were already people in line. we found our guide Roben immideately. we hop on the bus at 11:25am and left at 11:33am. The itinerary was great and all the passengers were on time so we arrived back to Taipei Main Station on time. Roben our guide gave us information about the places we are going and gave us recommendations as well. He was really helpful with our questions. we love klook and will definitely use it again.

I was so lucky to meet our guide Shuni! I traveled by myself and she always took good care of me,like hleping me take the photos,etc. She was also very patient and warm-hearted to introudece every spot. All the schedule was reasonable and appropriate! I really enjoyed this trip!

This is one of the best trips that I've had in Taiwan so far. We traveled to so many places: from Yehliu, Jinguashi, Golden Water, Jiufen Old Street, Houtong Cat Village, Shifen Waterfall, to Shifen Old Street. It was a long day: we started at 7:20 and reached home at around 18:30.
The driver was so friendly and knowledgeable in the history of those paces, though he could not really communicate in English (thankfully my Chinese was good enough to understand him).
Make sure to avoid December. It rained nonstop the day that I went.
