Things to do in Chiufen (Jiufen)

Our tour guide Nana is the best! We really appreciate all her efforts in guiding us. She is a rockstar and she know everything we need to know and very accommodating. I admire how she handled our tour. Thank you so much Nana for showing us how beautiful Taiwan is! The only thing about this tour that I would like to improve is the public shuttle from Jiufen back to station- not to allow overloading as it is really scary for the zigzag and inclined road, that we need people getting off in the middle of the road for the bus to carry the rest of the passengers to get to the destination (this is not Nana’s fault though :) the public shuttle driver should know this, i assume.

It was a very intense trip, more than 11 hours from morning to late at night. However, I was able to tour the five major tourist attractions as efficiently as possible, and I was given plenty of free time at each tourist attraction. Personally, I am surprised that I can make a profit at this price. I was glad that the Dongdong guide guided me well and took care of me. Thank you, Dongdong guide, for your hard work.

Thanks to the guide's kind introduction and guidance, it was a great trip despite the rain. The price is cheaper than Taipei, and there are many things to see, so I highly recommend the Jiuchuan Tour when traveling to Taiwan!

we have fun but time is so limited. you have to do pre work out before going to this trip. but i like out tour guide. very informative and accomodating

Guide Piljinjin has been in Taiwan for 9 years, so he has excellent knowledge of Taiwan, and he gave us a lot of necessary information, such as travel tips and good restaurants. It was great!! He guided us in a fun way while driving, without making us feel burdened, so we were able to travel comfortably. Highly recommended!!

Amazing guide Raymond Chang and driver for organising our tour. He was attentive, informative and always looking out for our safety! very grateful to him and his driver for bringing us there and back safely and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Hope to catch him and his driver again the next time we are in Taiwan!
