The FO was very friendly and helpful. the hotel was around downtown, in front have a family mart, around 5-10 mins walk to streetcar, train station and the Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The room was clean too. Will come back soon.

The room is clean & spacious for a family of 4. It has 2 bathrooms which is great and time saving for wash up. Their breakfast was fantastic. They even served sparkling drinks. They’ve the usual western breakfast like sausage, bacon, croissants, omelette, etc. There a chef making sushi too. I like the grilled rice with eel served with soup. The cream puff dessert is so nice. One of the waitress broken a glass on the floor while cleaning up a table. Thereafter a manager came to me to check if I am ok and make sure I am not hurt. Very thoughtful manager. Overall I find this hotel standard is awesome.

Great for English speaking folks. Great variety of breakfast and easy to find. Had both an Onsen and a massage chair after traveling all day.

Nestled conveniently near Tanukikoji Street, this hotel not only shortens the distance to top shopping spots but also places the famous Ichiran Ramen within walking reach. The cleanliness of the bathrooms, with distinct dry and wet zones, stands out for me. Despite the slightly compact size, the beds offer comfort, ensuring a clean and cozy stay.

The price was reasonable. I was traveling alone, so I looked for a hotel with a hot spring, and I found a really nice hotel and had a really comfortable stay. The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast was good and delicious, and the environment and hygiene were very clean. If I ever go to Sapporo, this is a hotel I definitely want to visit again.

This time it was really a wonderful accommodation experience, and it also included breakfast. The breakfast was very good and cost 3,400 yen per person. I think it's delicious and a great value.

This is the best hotel located at the end of Tanukikoji Street in Sapporo. A large open-air bath with a cool breeze overlooking the stars in the night sky, a breakfast made with delicious Hokkaido ingredients, comfortable bedding, and hospitality. It's a place you'll want to come back to with your family in the winter.

Very good, the staff in the store are also very enthusiastic, it is convenient to go skiing, and there is a free bus to Sapporo Station. I recommend this one
