I really recommend it. The tour guide is very cute. He took me and another tourist to eat various special snacks in the old town. The store I chose was very clean and I didn’t have to worry about stomachaches.

If you want to participate in the street food tour, you must buy the pass, which is equivalent to another point being a gift, which is great value!

The viewing platform is not the focus. After strolling around the viewing platform, be sure to buy something from the supermarket downstairs. Many coffee biscuits are available for tasting, which is much more cost-effective than in the old city. There are not many people at the observation deck, so there is no need to queue. I paid for it with a pass.

A must visit when you come to Hanoi! No need to show a passport when you claim your ticket. Brace yourself self as you ascend up to 65th floor which is 272m. Walking on the glass floor is a challenging one. 😅🤭overall it’s a great place to chill till evening!

The water puppet show is truly amazing. It's worth taking the time to see. Although there is a language barrier, it's still great to learn about Vietnamese history. Since it's near the lake, I recommend going to see it at least once!

I was able to get my ticket easily because I didn't have to line up at the ticket counter at the entrance. I bought a plan that included a middle class seat and a translation audio. It was a little cheaper to buy it on-site, but I didn't have to line up and I could pay by card, so it was a good result.

Worth the price. Clean & comfy. Note: Although our scheduled time was 11:30AM, the shuttle service sent us a message via WhatsApp an hour before and told us they will pick us up at the hotel in Sapa by 10:30AM to bring us to the bus station. No shuttle service to Hanoi hotel though. Last stop is their bus station at Hanoi. Luckily, it's just 11min. walk to our Hanoi hotel so it's fine. Tip: Choose the upper cabin. The only cons is you need to climb up but the price is lower plus it's more comfortable compared to the lower cabin wherein you'll feel the humps, the opening & closing of the luggage compartment, etc.
