Met up with Jack at MD exit 2. He’s on time and he drives safely. It’s a small group tour and I really enjoy it. It’s a nice experience to see the fortress and Jack gave us a brief history about it. Starfield library is really beautiful and wished I had abit more time at the mall to do some shopping !

Hassle free way to explore Suwon and Yongin area. The ride was comfortable and we learnt about the history of Hwaseong Fortress. The guide Daniel also introduced different aspects of Korean culture and treated us to a hotteok at the market. All 4 places that we visited are great. Would recommend.

Our guide explained the itinerary and locations well. Our tour group mates were friendly and fun. Ample time for each spot without feeling rushed. It was a brilliant day to explore the filming location for Lovely Runner. The cafe served good coffee and pastries.

Our driver is Jack. He texted me 1 day before the trip and informed that the Gwangmeyong Cave was closed and hence would bring us to Korean Folk Village instead. Jack was a gentle and friendly person. He explained to us about the history of the Hwaseong Fortress, the UNESCO Heritage site. We spent a great time at Hwaseong Fortress, and took many photos there. Jack then brought us to Suwon Nammun Market for a quick shopping. The Starfield Library in Suwon is located within a shopping mall and is worth visiting. However, the food court with the shopping mall was super crowded during our visit. We did not manage to find a seat there to have our lunch. Korea Folk Village is the last destination to go. We enjoyed watching the traditional performance there. We also took many photos there. Overall, we enjoyed this day trip. 😀
