Mac, the tour guide was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The visit to the ranch was not perfect as it did not have heavy snow but this was not controllable… Overall was a satisfied experience.

While the Ski trip is kinda rush and may require you to purchase additional ski equipment that were not included in Klook, our guide, Mr K, is very knowledgeable and guided us throughout the trip. Also, our instructor, Katherina, is very patient to us. She taught us patiently while despite me being slow to keep up.

It is really worth going to experience it for a day. Although it is very tiring and hurts from the fall, it is still highly recommended. Everyone was on time at the three meeting points, and the coach Jordan was also very funny. The other coaches are also very good. It is now required to wear a safety helmet when entering the venue. Use the team's team. You can communicate in both Chinese and English, so you don't have to worry about language issues. The single board is very cool, but if you don’t want to fall too much, I recommend double boarding. I just choose the single board🤣

As a solo traveler, I am lucky to have Jun Oppa as my tour guide and ski instructor. He speaks excellent English, showed great hospitality, and took good care of the tour group by making sure everyone was okay/understood the instructions. He is patient and extended the training hours as I wanted to learn a little more. Thank you Jun Oppa for being an exceptional guide/instructor, and for going the extra mile. I enjoyed this ski trip and it was very memorable for me! Deeply appreciate the care and kindness, and highly recommend it (and having Jun Oppa as your guide)! :)

Booking through Klook for Vivaldi Park was a convenient experience, but there are a few things to keep in mind. Even with the package, there are additional costs like helmet rental, so it’s better to bring your own essentials such as a neck warmer, ski gloves, and ski socks to avoid spending extra at the ski school. The tour was well-organized and well-timed, which was just right for beginners. Hugo, our ski trainer, was fantastic—engaging, lively, and made the whole session fun. There wasn’t a single dull moment with him, and he created a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Overall, the package was worth it, especially for beginners looking for a hassle-free introduction to skiing. Just make sure to prepare your gear in advance to avoid unexpected expenses!

One of the highlights of our journey in Seoul. David and Lanson, our coaches including tour guides are very punctual, informative and fun. We got our basic ski lesson in details although in the end none of us succeeded to ski but we enjoyed this experience a lot. Our premium package including photographs. Sam, our photographer made amazing pics, he directed us what poses are good and you can see the results. The only minor thing was the gloves that were included in the package was rental gloves, I thought we would get a new pair, but they’re still good to wear. Overall, it’s worth every penny spent. Would gladly recommend this tour.

First time trying skiing. kids have alot of fun. We are taken care of during the whole trip. We were briefed what to do at the ski school and it was crowded when we are trying on the ski suits. understandable as it is peak season now.
