The pier for the river cruise and the London eye are right next to each other. immediately after the cruise, I went to ride the London eye so it was very convenient. the cruise was very comfortable and on time, with interesting live commentary. view from the London eye is awesome.

It is very convenient to use. You can scan the code directly at the door. We didn't buy a queue jump ticket, so we queued for about ten minutes after scanning the ticket. The view is still great, with a great view of Big Ben and Westminster. Everyone was very happy at the highest point.

Purchased tickets for 130pm entry but only reached ard 145pm. No queue for entry, however upon reaching entrance counter, they will ask to see your klook qr code, and print out tickets for you to enter. I don’t think there will be a difference whether you print out your own klook entry voucher, as the tickets issued were from Westminster Abbey. Free audio guide provided at entry. Toilet use is right at the exit and very long queue.

We missed the 2:30pm slot because still stocked in the city cruise. However, we still able to enter the London Eye ard 4:30pm to see the night view of city. This is definitely to worth to buy.
