Quick and no pressured tour! We decided to start our trip in Osaka then to Kyoto and last to Tokyo and we needed a way to get from Osaka to Kyoto and this tour took care of that! (We did the tour with no lunch included. There are plenty of food options around each sight seeing locations.) We had three large luggages with us and we were able to bring it with us and leave it on the bus during the tour. We got on at Osaka and got off at Kyoto. Drop off was walking distance to Kyoto station so it was perfect. When you get to the tour, the guide assigned you seats which was great but if you are an odd numbered group, you might be separated. They allow you to eat and drink on the bus as long as it is not smelly and not ice cream. You can leave your belonging in the bus as well since the driver was always waiting in the bus and your seats are assigned. The guide (Eric) gave us information of each location during transit and walked us over to the entrance then everyone split up. The tour itself was a pretty fast paced one. Not a huge amount of time at each location but was perfect for us as we are the type to just snap and go. It might be hard for the elderly who likes to enjoy the view (you won’t have time to go to the top or do a whole loop around). The guide gave clear signs as to when to return to the bus so don’t be late! You will lose time at the next location if anyone arrives late. The itinerary was switched around a bit than what was given on the klook itinerary but that didn’t really matter as we got to all of them.

Yuki was our guide that day and she was super helpful and gave good information about the areas/ sights! very well organised and timed trip. my husband and I throughly enjoyed ourselves that day. buffet lunch was good too with some variety. expect to walk a lot and remember to bring some cash as the temples only take cash for the little prayer amulets, souvenir stores take credit cards.

Interesting day trip out of Kyoto to recommend if you want something further away and having covered the usual spots like Nara/Inari etc. Close up seeing people feed the seagulls with shrimp stick crackers. The view from the top of the hill overlooking Amanohashidate was pretty nice too. The lunch at the restaurant was quite delicious as well. The Miyama village was pretty interesting and the whole place was beautiful, only a pity that there was limited time at Miyama village to explore more. Was quite lucky to see the sunflowers in bloom during my visit.

The entire trip started off and ended in a timely manner. The guide was very clear about when to return to the bus and while the time at each location was short - from 30 min to 1.5 hrs, it was enough to enjoy the main attraction but right to explore the stands. you have to be strategic about how to allocate your time and because this is a packed schedule and will be walking a lot. Make sure to wear comfortable sneakers (walked 27k steps) and hydrate.

The tour was very informative and interesting. The guide, Maria, was very engaging, funny and provided much knowledge and context behind the places we visited. She was very considerate, waiting for the others while they were taking a break. Overall, I would highly recommend going on this experience, especially for first-timers in Kyoto and Nara, for people keen about nature and architecture, and for those who are quite fond of deer... :)

Our family embarked on the Nabana no Sato & Gozaishodake Ropeway Day Tour from Osaka on 26 Dec 2022, and it exceeded our wildest expectations. The meeting point at Umeda Park was easily accessible via train, with clear directions provided by Google Maps. Our tour guide was not only kind but also incredibly accommodating, ensuring everyone felt welcomed and informed throughout the journey. Ascending the Gozaisho Ropeway was an experience like no other. Witnessing the Frozen Tree and Frozen Waterfall from above left us in awe of nature's beauty. The panoramic views were simply breathtaking, making every moment unforgettable. As night fell, we arrived at Nabana no Sato, renowned for its Winter Illumination, and it truly lived up to its reputation. The dazzling lights transformed the landscape into a magical wonderland, leaving us mesmerized at every turn. The complimentary admission to the Begonia Garden added a romantic touch to our evening, allowing us to stroll amidst the illuminated flowers, creating cherished memories with our loved ones. In conclusion, the Nabana no Sato & Gozaishodake Ropeway Day Tour was an extraordinary adventure that left us with lasting impressions. From the stunning natural landscapes to the enchanting winter illuminations, every aspect of the tour was meticulously curated to provide an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking a magical winter getaway in Japan.

I highly recommend this one-day tour from Osaka. We enjoyed Miyama Village's traditional thatched-roof houses and rural charm, boat ride on Ine Bay and lastly the breathtaking views of Amanohashidate from the cable car observation point.

Wesley was great tour guide and explained everything in detail. Went to 3 places in one day is very good and you can get to experience it. Himeji Castle was amazing and huge with its traditional architecture. The hot spring was interesting and you must try the cookies plus the soda water. Kobe lookout was amazing with a view of Osaka, Kobe, Himeji and Kyoto. The place was amazing and you have to try the cheesecake there as well. Good Experience and recommended.
