my second time stay here. love to stay here. but the owner wont let you checkin early even 20min early they also cant consider huhu. i was in rush for a meeting , been ask so many time to check in at least 10 or 20minit they still cant consider huhuhu

Staying 3D2N in collection club and the experience is magnificent. The staffs are super friendly and greet us everytime they are seeing us. The evening cocktail session was great as you get to try wines and beers with light snacks.

It is located near Pavilion Mall, Family mart, and mcdonalds and near MRT station. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The hotel receptionist is kind enough to offer us late out till 2pm of the day. Hotel parking isn’t free, but minimal amount of RM2.20

Everything is awesome. Clean the window so it's good on photos. Nice and kind staff. I wanted to swim but crowded at that time because of the holiday.

Location good. Breakfast good. Service good. Room nice and good view with twin tower. Pool and play ground nice and good for children to play.

I love the politeness and warm welcome of the staffs. It was very easy to process the confirmation of hotel booking with them, regardless of platform you used. While I only booked the standard room, the room already have a vault, mini-fridge, electric kettle with refillable coffee, sugar, creamer, tea, and water, as well as a coworking area with lamp, a mini sofa, TV, glass table, and a great window view with adjustable curtains. Meanwhile, the bathroom consists for hair dryer, sets of bathroom towels of different sizes for your all your needs, dental and vanity kits, shower caps, and bottles of hand soap, shampoo, and body soap that are secured in the area, as well as shower that has temperature regulator. Definitely my favorite part was the bed of course with at least four pillows with either firm or soft feels, but I love all of it. I also want to highlight that you can manually regulate the airconditioning system to your need. In terms of the breakfast, I only tasted specific food since I have restrictions like scrambled egg, vegetarian fried rice, hash brown, fresh fruits, vegetable salad with variety of dressing, baked beans, as well a variety of bread, tea, and a coffee machine. Although, my only feedback to this part, I hope they can further expand their menu to a variety of dishes or cultural cuisines everyday, but overall was great since I like the ambiance of the dining area.
