The hotel room was perfect for a family of 4, location is 5 min walk to the park. breakfast buffet was delicious. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family with children.

The stay was very comfortable and the hotel was very clean. Although the language barrier was not clear, the hotel staff were very attentive and provided good service to the guests using translation software. I look forward to staying here again next time.

Good, walking to Universal Studios is very close. There are 3-4 elevators up and down, not long to wait. The room is spacious, clean, the only downside is that there is no iron. Breakfast is not as varied as in Thailand, but moderate and tasty. I happened to stay at the Namba branch, so the breakfast menu is almost exactly the same. But it is delicious, clean, and the staff provides good service.
