worth every dollar, excellent service and felt very welcomed by the staff. perfect getaway place with or without kids.

I like the welcome drink. Room was ready at 2.30pm, and the staff have decorated my room upon request to celebrate my wedding anniversary. they also provided me a cake to celebrate the occasion. how lovely. I just didnt like that the room is a connecting room, where i can clearly hear the neighbours talking. the room is only quiet at night, but throughout the day, doors slammed everywhere, chairs are dragged nonstop due to inconsiderate guests. the traffic outside is also very loud as there is no soundproof in the rooms at all. I enjoyed the gym as nobody is using it but the pool smells strong of urine instead of chlorine. I did not want to dip my head underwater to avoid getting sick. overall, i still enjoyed my stay as the room is clean and new, bed is comfortable and bathroom is spacious.

Good resort to stay at, not close to George Town 20 to 30 minutes drive, so a car rental is recommended for your stay. Facilities and pools are good, rooms are nice.

the king bed is huge, could have fit more than 3 adult with normal bmi

I booked the hotel from Klook, the price is the cheapest from others platform. The hotel was so great and have a good view. Overall i am really satisfied!
