was a good stay and good place to stay at in Melaka.

Comforting, cozy, and quiet. We had a peaceful night of sleep here, thanks to their comfortable pillows and mattress! Love the overall minimalist design, walls adorned with avant-garde art instalments and well-stocked pantry with crackers, instant premix drink packets, cup noodles, etc. Location-wise, it’s quite close to Jonker Street by car and there’s plenty of parking space in the yard.

Response for requests took way too long and there is no follow ups until otherwise prompted again. not only that, remote in the room was missing and had to request for another, not only that reception for TV was fuzzy and staff had to enter room to check whether alleged claim of missing remote was true only to pass us a remote that is not compatible. phone in room was also not working and was only able to call operator. ALL the other buttons were spoiled. Didn't bother to ask for another phone having the previous poor experience regarding the TV remote. also, it took at least 24 hours for staff to clear walkway with other rooms unwanted materials lying around. Signages were utterly confusing however the friendly staff stationed at the lobby did help a lot! I think at the end of it all they are the ones that saved the experience in the hotel.

Great location at the heart of the town. walking distance to the malls and tourists attractions. not forgetting lots of restaurants nearby

Hotel is nice and clean. The location is great as it is the city centre and next to Mahkota Parade mall. Will definitely book here again.

book for others so I should say so far no complaint means is a good hotel I think. tq klook to provide such a convenient platform.
