Very good, but I recommend not to book during the weekend because there are a lot of tourists. The guide named Sam gave good advice, slowly told the schedule, and got a new experience on the boat. I recommend preparing your body to be fit because the entrance to the cave is very steep.

I fully recommended this tour package, the trip was fully organized and we really enjoy every moment. Our tour guide namely Joey was great and not to forget the driver (cannot remember his name) was excellent on the road. The vegetarian blunch was prepared for us.

I booked Alova but was unfortunately not operating on said date. Hanoi Sonata was given as replacement. Very good service. Food was great, everything was well organized. Paul our tour guide was so amusing and funny.

Our tour guide, Gam, was the best. She was extra helpful and friendly. often going out of her way to approach our group to check on us. The cruise ship was special. Everything feels new. The buffet lunch was also very good. Halong Bay is truly special.
