The location of the hotel is suitable. Taking Grab to most destinations costs MYR 5 to 7. Staff are very polite. I will stay here next time I go to Penang.

Stayed for 4 nights. Hotel is relatively new. Facilities are clean and in good condition. Enjoyable stay.

View from the hotel. Nice stay. There is a gym and breakfast served at level 20, with good view of the sea.

love this hotel . cheap and affordable. walking distance to everything in town . only downfall is that it’s not soundproof at all

Comfortable hotel with full facilities. Centrally located right in the UNESCO World heritage part of the city.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. spacious and clean. toilet ceiling needs a new coat of paint though. Great location.
