Friendly staff. Nice big room. Great morning buffet spread. Great location. Supermarket just outside hotel. Lots of eating choices right outside hotel. A small mall nearby. Can see this hotel is popular with Singaporean by the many no of Spore cars in the carpark.

Location was in the Centre of Desaru. Easy to get to places be it driving / grab. Many food options around. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing as well! 10/10 would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here! Overall everything is good - spacious room, extra sofa beds, balcony with bathtub. Room wasn’t bright enough. Facilites are great and staffs are helpful. Too bad no free room upgrade. Resort atmosphere that is really good for gateway from busy city life! Breakfast should be improved!

Lotus Desaru is one of the best places to chill and relax with your family. Spent 4 nights and enjoyed the resort premises, pool and splash water area. Also, did few nearby trip to Desaru Mini zoo, DFF Fruit farm and Adventure Water Park and Bujang firefly tour. Kids enjoy the carnival over the weekend on Fri and Sat. Dance arrangements and lots of activities.

The resort was very nice. Great hospitality. Private and clean beach. Very suitable to bring your children.
