The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the comic books were great. It was also close to the station, so it was good for getting around.

Hotel location was great easy accessible to most places of interest. near to koruro train station and all eateries. Hoel reception service was excellent able to provide travelling to other prefectures info clearly and indeed save lots of travelling time. Will definitely recommend to friends and relatives for their stays in Kitakyushu area. Short 30 minutes driving to Karato Fish Market. Mojito Retro is a must to see and shop, the vibe of this area is rather different from the rest of Japan prefectures. Thank you!

This hotel is good value for money. The room size is appropriate, it's clean, and the location is great. And it's very convenient to leave your luggage and pick it up.

The location of the hotel is right next to the JR station, which is very convenient. The shopping street and market are within walking distance. The hotel is clean and the staff is courteous. I will stay here again next time.

A very convenient and comfortable hotel, especially for the elderly. There is also an Aeon supermarket downstairs. There is also a light rail that can be taken to the Danguo market... where I bought a lot of fresh fruits.

A very good and convenient hotel. It takes 20 minutes to reach Hakata by Shinkansen train, and 0 minutes to the hotel entrance to check in on the seventh floor. The breakfast is also very delicious, and you can watch the light rail train coming in and out...

酒店位置理想，位於小倉站全程有天橋連接，落都唔洗驚。酒店外觀雖然比較舊，但服務整體來說很好，職員好主動幫忙。每層都有微波爐，可以買嘢食加熱。房間大兩邊座向都有好嘅景觀。有自家停車場（另費1500日圓一晚），不過有啲小插曲，明明已付錢但出閘要求比多8000日圓，要返上去搵職員協助先處理到，希望改變埋呢方面就好勒。
