Things to do in Hong Island

It was very beautiful, the tour guide gave a serious introduction, and the canoe crew was also very cute! Unfortunately, we live in the southern part of the country and there is no shuttle service, so we can only go there by ourselves🥺

everything was perfect. the orginization. the tourguide Bobby and his team were all very helpfull and made us enjoy the ride even more with their help and humor. for sure i recommend to join.

I recently joined the this tour and had an absolutely fantastic time! Despite the rain on our way back, the trip was still incredibly enjoyable thanks to the stunning scenery and our wonderful tour guide. The guide was super friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated to making sure everyone had a great experience. He was always smiling, shared interesting facts about the islands, and took care of every small detail. Even when the weather turned bad, the guide kept the atmosphere fun and lively. Highly recommend this tour, especially with such a kind and passionate guide.

What an absolutely brilliant day out! I highly recommend this tour. We enjoyed it so much in fact that we went twice in the space of a week. The transfer from our hotel was very smooth with the driver arrived a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time of 8:15 am. Once at the BJ Canoeing Centre we were treated to snacks and drinks, and a briefing from the incomparable Ibrahim, our friendly, helpful and highly informative tour guide for the day. After a short walk to the pier we boarded a shuttle bus to take us to the speed boat. The first stop was Hong Island, where we got on study sea canoes and were transported into a magical world of limestone scenery travelling though caves and lagoons. This was the highlight of the trip for us. After that it was back on the speedboat for a short trip to James Bond Island, the iconic nail-like island made famous by the 1974 movie “The Man with the Golden Gun” starring Roger Moore. We watched the movie the night before the trip which made it even more special. Lunch was on Panyee Island, a fisherman’s village built on stilts. There’s sufficient time after lunch to walk around the island and see how the local people live. The next stop was Ice Cream Cave on Phanak Island, another fascinating example of limestone scenery formed over tens of thousands of years. We walked about 100 meters into the cave until it ended at a lagoon in the interior of the island. The last stop was a beautiful beach with a choice of swimming, sunbathing or eating and drinking — the banana smoothie was really good. Jetskiing and parasailing are also available at extra cost. It’s a short journey back from Ko Naka Yai Island to the BJ Canoeing Centre, where our transfer back to the hotel was already waiting. All in all, it was a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable day out. Don’t miss out on this amazing experience!

A great day out. BJ Canoeing were excellent. Very knowledgeable on the area. Very helpful when assistance was required. Especially when getting in & out of the canoes.

travel 6 pax (2 adults, 2 teens & 2 kids). Not utilise 6hours, as we skipped swimming at Chicken Island. Spend a lot of time at Koda, Tup Island & Railey Beach.. being the 1st group arrived at Koda Island, which is privilege to us, kids really enjoy. we can arrange own activity & times, as we travel w kids. Just need to bring breakfast & enjoy it at Koda. Our guide is Din, he is helpful, as we stayed at Ao Nang, so he dropped us there, save our money to pay the taxi (group of 6, van quite expensive). They serve mineral water & fruits (watermelon & pineapple). Din also offer to take our picture. Enjoy the sunrise from the boat.
