Jia Nan, our chinese-speaking guide, was excellent. She provided detailed explanation of the history and geographical features of Hakone and Mt Fuji. She assisted in pre-arranging tickets and meals so that we minimize waiting times. The itinerary felt a bit rushed, but that was understandable as we need to cover multiple destinations within the day. Highly recommended!
