The meticulous care and the provision of breakfast and afternoon tea are even more impressive. I like the decoration of this hotel very much. There is a swimming pool in the room which is quite comfortable. The supplies are comprehensive and the bathing brand is L'Occitane. I really like it. A considerate and comprehensive service hotel. The staff are warm and friendly, and the facilities are complete. Although there is no elevator, the staff will help carry luggage. During our stay, we bought some fruit and helped us cut it on a plate and deliver it to the room.

the hotel is beautiful with good service. there was some issue with the room but they quickly changed the room for me. Overall experience was very good. if I come to Chiang Mai again I will try to book here again
